General Information

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Shipping times vary. Our made-to-order rugs ship in approximately 90-120 days or up to 150 days from the order date.

Our rugs rarely experience delivery delays. However, if your rug should be delayed more than a week past the quoted lead time, we will update you.

Damaged and Lost Packages

All damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. There are no exceptions. Please get in touch with us here: info@taylordesignandco.com. To replace the damaged item, we must have pictures of the damaged packaging, damaged contents, and the shipping label on the outside of the package.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to LOVE your purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied, you have 10 days to initiate a return or exchange by emailing us here: info@taylordesignandco.com.

Please ensure that all returns are securely packaged. The cost of shipping is the customer's responsibility. You must provide tracking details within 3 days of initiating the return. Once the item is received, it will be inspected. If approved, you can opt for a refund to the original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee or receive a full refund in the form of store credit.

Please note that orders placed using a promotional code are only eligible for store credit returns. Returns or cancellations are not accepted for custom orders, items marked as final sale, discounted items, gift cards, rug pads, vintage rugs, or collaboration rugs.

We begin working on your order immediately upon receipt. Therefore, all cancellations are subject to our return policy.

We make every effort to ensure that the colors in the photos we upload are as accurate as possible. However, please note that due to differences in computer screens, there may be variations in color between the actual product and what you see on your screen.
